The annual Turkey Trot, sponsored by Grant County Recreation, will take place on November 5, 2022 at the Grant County Recreation Wellness Gym, located at 204 E Wheat in Ulysses. Registration will begin at 8am and the race will begin at 8:00am.
Runners can register on race day at 7:30am. The cost to participate is $30.
There are 7 categories in this year’s race: Lil’ Turkeys - 12 Years and under; Teenage Turkeys - 13-19 Years; Prime Turkeys - 20-29 Years; Turkey Wanna Be’s - 30-39 Years; Not as old as you think Turkeys - 40-49 Years; Gobblers - 50-59 Years; and Smoked Turkeys - 60 Years and up.
We don’t care if you run, walk, or wobble, just come and have some fun. You may even win a turkey!
