Chamber Coffee

Grant County Recreation

The next meeting of the Grant County Recreation Commission board will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 5:30 PM in the GCRC business office. The meeting is open to the public.

Sons of Thunder

The Southwest Kansas Chapter of Sons of Thunder will hold their next event on Thursday, February 3rd at Emmanuel Ministries Church, 100 W. Patterson Ave. The speaker will be Gustavo Perez. Meal will be served at 6:30 PM followed by worship and the guest speaker from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. All men are welcome to attend.

Commissioners

The next Grant County Commissioners meeting will be Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at the courthouse at 9:00 AM. The meeting is open to the public.

City Council

The Ulysses City Council will meet on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 5:00 PM. It will be held in City Hall and is open to the public.

USD 214 Board of Education

The School Board’s next meeting will be Monday, February 7, 2022 beginning at 7:00 PM at Joyce School.

A medical fund has been established at Grant County Bank for Elias Degollado. He has been diagnosed with cancer. Donations may be brought in or mailed to 201 S. Main Street.
