Judge Clint Peterson presided over District Court on Thursday, November 3, 2022.

Travis Waggoner appeared for a status hearing. Waggoner’s pre-trial date was scheduled for January 31st, 2023, at 10:00am.

Adan Flores appeared for Arraignment. Flores plead no contest to three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 5 drug felony with a maximum sentence of 42 months in prison plus post release supervision for each count, and two counts of Forgery, a level 8 non-person felony with a maximum sentence of 23 months in prison plus post release supervision for each count. Flores was found guilty on all counts, and his sentencing is scheduled for January 4, 2023, at 9:00am.

Elias Veleta-Robles appeared for Arraignment. Robles plead no contest to one count of Interference with a Law Enforcement Officer, a level 9 felony with a maximum sentence of 17 months in prison plus post release supervision, and two counts of Assault Against a Law Enforcement Officer, a misdemeanor with a maximum sentence of one year in prison per count. Robles was found guilty on all counts, and his sentencing is scheduled for January 4, 2023, at 9:00am.

Emeryk Jaramillo’s case was continued to January 4, 2023, at 9:00am.

Savanna Hernandez appeared for Arraignment. Hernandez plead no contest to one count of burglary, a level 9 non-person felony with a maximum sentence of 17 months in prison plus post release supervision, one count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 5 drug felony with a maximum sentence of 42 months in prison plus post release supervision, and one count of No Drug Tax Stamp, a level 10 felony with a maximum sentence of 13 months in prison plus post release supervision. Hernandez was found guilty on all counts, and her sentencing is scheduled for January 4, 2023, at 9:00am.

John Cuellar appeared for Arraignment. Cuellar plead no contest to a 3rd Offence of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, which carries a maximum sentence of one year in jail. Cuellar was found guilty of this charge, and his sentencing is scheduled for January 30, 2023, at 9:00am.

Michael Garza appeared for Arraignment. Garza plead no contest to one count of Aggravated Battery, a level 7 person felony with a maximum sentence of 34 months in prison plus post release supervision. Garza was found guilty of this count, and his sentencing is scheduled for January 30, 2023, at 10:00am.
