As the new 4-H year kicks off, youth across the country have an exciting opportunity to join one of the nation’s largest youth development organizations. 4-H enrollment is now open in Grant County, inviting kids and teens aged 7–18 to engage in hands-on learning, leadership opportunities, and community service projects in their hometown.
4-H isn’t just about agriculture and livestock—although that’s a proud part of its heritage. Grant County 4-H members explore a wide range of interests like STEM, robotics, foods and nutrition, sewing, arts, and more. Whether it’s raising animals, designing 3D printing projects, or learning public speaking, Grant County 4-H offers projects that inspire growth and learning.
Grant County 4-H has three community 4-H Clubs that 4-Hers can choose from to join, and over 30 active 4-H projects led by adult volunteer project leaders. 4-Hers may enroll any time during the year, but should enroll by December 31 to participate in the 4-H divisions of the 2026 Grant County Fair. The enrollment fee is $15.
