Several Arrests Reported By Hugoton Authorities

Hugoton Police Officers were busy Tuesday, February 28, with several arrests.

A spokesperson from the department said officers went to the old Argus Apartments, 110 West Sixth Street in Hugoton, where they executed two local arrest warrants.

"While locating the individuals in the arrest warrants, they were notified of two other individuals with arrest warrants from outside agencies," the spokesperson said. "A fifth individual was issued a citation for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia."

Those arrested were identified as:

Tiffany Sanchez, 39, Hugoton, arrested on a bench warrant out of Hugoton Municipal Court. Sanchez was transported to Stevens County jail.

Jesse Fenton, 31, Hugoton was arrested on a bench warrant out of Hugoton Municipal Court. He was also transported to Stevens County jail.

Andrew Walsh, 32, Elkhart, was arrested on a Morton Count warrant. Walsh was transported to Morton County.

Kenneth Shank, 49, Hugoton, was arrested on a Rush County Warrant. He was transported to Stevens County jail.

Shayla Shank, 21, Hugoton was issued a citation for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
