BE KIND - GET IT DONE

There are a lot of messages the entire world needs to hear. The most important thing to tell every person is “to be kind to each other and work together.”  People are always divided on little issues, such as politics, that ruin their friendships or even break their families apart. We all need to learn to work together even if we disagree with each other or if we don’t really like someone.

We could get a lot more done if we work together. It takes a long time to do a big job when you have just a few people working together, but when you have many people working together that big job doesn’t really take that long at all. The Hoover Dam took only 5 years to build all the way back in 1931. Back then, they had small equipment that took a lot longer than the modern equipment we have today. Today to complete the same project, it would take 10 years or more to build. Part of the extended time is new safety practices, but there is still no reason that the new equipment can’t make up for the time lost for safety.

The main problem today is that people complete a few steps and then have to stop because they have a disagreement over a little issue. It then takes a lot of time to resolve the disagreement which adds time to the construction. We need to work together so we can get things done faster and more efficiently.
