Fransisca Morales, 77, died Tuesday, April 11, at Western Prairie Senior Living Community in Ulysses.
She was born November 8, 1945, in Anson, Texas, the daughter of Nasario and Josefina (Ramirez) Guzman.
Fransisca grew up in Del Rio, Texas.
She married Pedro Morales January 30, 1974.
Fransisca loved to cook and take food for potluck dinners at Templo Nueva Vida in Ulysses. She enjoyed watching Family Feud on TV. She loved to travel and especially enjoyed going to Las Vegas. Fransisca treasured the time she spent with her family, kids and grandkids.
Fransisca is survived by her husband, Pedro, of their home; 10 children: Josefina (Josie) Molina and husband, Erbey, Johnson, Kans., Eduardo (Junior) Flores, Jr. and wife, M. Elvira, and Blanca Rodriguez and husband, Tony, all of Ulysses, Dimas Guerrero and wife, Yese-nia, Gridley, Calif., Domingo Guerrero, and Micaela (Mickey) Cortez and husband, Juan, all of Midland, Texas, Isidro Morales, Scott City, Cesareo Morales and wife, Ruby, Salina, Kans., Martin Morales and wife, Jennifer, Eufaula, Okla., and Jose Luis Morales and wife, Melissa, Ulysses; step-son, Pedro Morales and wife, Rosie, Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico; seven sisters, four brothers; 41 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and 52 great-grandchildren.
Fransisca is preceded in death by her parents, Nasario and Josefina Guzman; son, Eduardo Flores; and grandson, Tony Rodriguez, Jr.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 15, at the Oasis Church in Ulysses with Pastor Rafael Franco officiating.
Interment will follow at the Ulysses Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., Friday, April 14, at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses.
