Ysac named ‘Sports in Kansas’ honorable mention all-state

Ulysses High School graduate Armani Ysac is seen pitching April 18 in Hooker, Okla. Ysac was named “Sports in Kansas” Class 4A all-state honorable mention for his performance during the 2024 season. Ysac led the Tigers to a 12-9 record. Other area honorees included honorable mention recognition for Hugoton’s Avery Radke and Scott City’s Landon Bell. Elkhart’s Donavyn Rhodes earned Class 2-1A first team honors, and 2-1A honorable mention went to David Craine of Stanton County, Zaevian Perez of Sublette, Traeytn Rhodes of Elkhart, Calvin Shackelford of Elkhart, Ian Garetson of Sublette, Noah Garetson of Sublette, Eduardo Rodriguez of Stanton County, and Alvin Solis of Stanton County.
