Adobe Museum Hosts Chili and History Night Event

Posted

The Historic Adobe Museum hosted a Chili and History Night from 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, as part of Grant County Gives.

The event brought a full crowd to the museum, with a packed parking lot and a lively atmosphere as guests gathered around tables, visited with friends and family, met new people and enjoyed chili and cinnamon rolls.

Throughout the evening, guests could view a slideshow titled “Ulysses: A Century in Photographs,” featuring photographs from throughout the community’s history. The photographs offered guests a chance to reminisce while looking back at how Ulysses has changed over the years.

Guests were also welcome to explore the museum and view its historical collections throughout the evening.

The fundraiser supported the Historic Adobe Museum and its efforts to preserve and share the history of the community.

The evening was an opportunity to meet new people, share some laughs, and learn more about the community while enjoying an evening centered around local history.
