City Of Ulysses Spring Cleanup Starts March 31

Tree limbs will be picked up March 31.

Do not include lumber with piles of tree limbs. Piles of limbs must be ONLY LIMBS to be taken. Lumber can be placed in its own pile for the trash pickup.

Residential Trash Pickup will be April 7.

The city will pick up items that are placed in the alley behind your property. If you do not have an alley, place items in front of your house and out of the way of traffic. Do not place items against dumpsters – this will block our regular trash disposal. Do not block the alley with trash. If an item in your alley is not to be taken, please mark it as such.

We will pick up items such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, wood, and bags of trash.

Please sort lumber, metals, and appliances into their own categories. The city will not accept the following items for pickup: tires, concrete, or chemicals.

The city will make one trip through the whole town and will not go through again.

The Grant County Transfer Station will be open free of charge April 7, through April 11.
