Faulkner Real Estate participated in Walk Kansas recently and finished their "walk" in second place. The team, made up of Team Leader Leslie Koehn, Julie Wagner, Judith Koehn, Bobbi Higgs, Monica Galaviz, and Chris Faulkner did the US Route 56 Challenge of 640 miles.
The Walk kicked off March 30, and as of last Friday, Leslie said they had recorded 2,103 miles.
Why did they sign up?
"We thought it would be fun," Leslie said. "And, it challenged all of us to get out and move. We enjoyed it - it's been a good competition."
According to Leslie the team stayed up in the running pretty close for awhile, however, he thought the team "Not Fast, Just Furious" had probably widened that gap lsst week.
