The Team of the NextHome Dana Trahern Realty office recently traveled to Dallas, Texas, to attend the NextHome Annual Conference, where the Ulysses-based firm was recognized with multiple national honors.
The conference marked the office’s fifth year in operation and another year of continued recognition for its work. As a team, NextHome Dana Trahern Realty received the Pinnacle Award for closing 105 units in a 12 month period. Individually, Jessica and Angela each earned Premier Sales Awards for exceeding 20 units in 12 months, with Angela also receiving the Rising Star Award. Dana was recognized with the President’s Club Award for 61 units and was ranked 16th out of more than 6,000 agents nationwide, placing her among the company’s top 25 agents. The President’s Club every year since starting up the business.
While the accolades highlight the office’s success, team members emphasized that their focus remains on the relationships behind each transaction.
“Our goal has never been about numbers,” the team shared. “We believe in a ‘Humans Over Houses’ approach—where every client has a story, and every relationship matters. For us, the work doesn’t end at the closing table. That’s where it really begins.”
The team also expressed deep appreciation for the community that has supported them over the past five years.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Ulysses community for the trust and support that has allowed us to grow, and continue to do what we love,” they said. “Every home bought or sold represents a relationship we value deeply. We wouldn’t be here without the people we serve, and we look forward to continuing to give back and serve this community for many years to come.”
The recognition reflects not only professional achievement, but also the office’s continued commitment to serving the community with a people-first mindset.
