Grant County Jail
August 8
6 p.m. - Bernabe Pineda was booked in to jail to serve 48 hours.
August 13
12:27 a.m. - Tia Ibarra was arrested for possession of opiate, possession of marijuana, interference with a law enforcement officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ibarra was released August 15 at 11:10 a.m.
12:27 a.m. - Eduardo Guerrero was arrested for possession of opiate, possession of marijuana, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and no driver's license.
3:28 p.m. - Jesus Ruiz was arrested for criminal trespass and stalking. Ruiz is being held on an $850 cash or surety bond.
9:16 p.m. - Jonathan Castillo was arrested for driving under the influence, transporting an open container, possession of THC, minor in possession, and possession of paraphernalia. Castillo was released after posting a $500 cash bond August 14.
August 14
No Time Given - Richard Jay Carrillo was arrested for domestic battery, and criminal damage. Carrillo was released after posting a $500 cash bond August 17.
There were 21 requests for an officer with no further information provided as to why they were needed, seven times officers responded to unlock a vehicle, seven times officers conducted VIN inspections, one escort and made 72 traffic stops during the August 8-17 period.
