SYRACUSE, Kan. - Hamilton County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Michael Nairn, 41, Syracuse, Sunday, September 28, in an ongoing investigation focused on drug distribution.
The operation was conducted in a joint effort with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
Nairn is charged with the following:
νTwo counts of distribution of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.
νTwo counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance using a communication facility.
Nairn is currently being held at the Hamilton County Jail. His bond has been set at $50,000.
All individuals arrested are innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.
