Tina Ochoa Is Best Of The Best Winner

Tina Ochoa (photo left, standing right) accepts her $100 cash that she won in the Best of the Best project at the Ulysses News. Ochoa's name was drawn out of those who had voted for local businesses and individuals to be named "Best of the Best.

Ochoa, who works at one of the local schools in Ulysses, said she was "surprised to learn she was the winner of the contest".
