•Brittney K. Davidson - Vicious Dog; Pleads Not Guilty and reads a statement of explanation, trial set for 4:30 p.m. April 21.

•Violet Ramirez - Driving Under the Influence, Fleeing and Eluding an Officer, Reckless Driving (2021), Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, No Liability Insurance, No Vehicle Tag (2023), Theft (2025); $808 fines, ordered to pay $100 minimum every month on all cases.

•Armando Rios Molina - No Driver’s License, No Vehicle Tag, No Liability Insurance (two cases in 2024); lives in Colorado, warrant issued.

•Claudio Remigio- Mateo - Driving Under the Influence, Transportation Open Container, No Driver’s License, Disobey stop sign/failure to yield, Disobey Traffic Control Device (10/27/2024); Sentenced to 5 days in jail, return to court April 7 to determine dates.

•Tamara Ochoa - Driving Under the Influence, Transportation Open Container (1/1/2025); return April 7.

•Juvenile Female - Curfew, children; $133 fine, paid the same day.

•Juvenile Female - No Driver’s License; Obtained a license, $133 fine, ordered to pay by April 7.

•Juvenile Male (age 12) - No Driver’s License, $200 fine plus court costs of $108, father paid the fine the same day.

•Ramon Vazquez - No Driver’s License, has a New Mexico license and is working in Garden City, ordered to pay $133 fine, paid the same day.

•Yahir Alvarado - Striking Unattended Vehicle, $208 fine, promise to pay by April 7.

•Juvenile Male - No Driver’s License, paid $308 fine the same day.

•Leticia Lopez - No Liability Insurance, obtained Insurance.

•Juvenile Male (age 16) - Violation of Restrictions, must pay $208 fines by April 7.

•Juvenile Male - No Liability Insurance, Case Dismissed.

•Maria Sanchez - No Driver’s License, ineligible for a driver’s license; $300 fines, promise to pay by April 21.

•Luciano Pauda - No Liability Insurance, Exhibition of Speed; $158 fine, pay by March 17.

•Marivell Mendoza - Dogs At Large, four counts; Not Guilty Plea, after a short trial, ordered to pay $308 fine.

•Brandy K. Shoemaker - Misdemeanor Theft (1/15/2025); Pleaded Guilty, Fines $308, show bond receipts, back to court April 7.

•Benito Velasquez - Junk Vehicle visible, have until April 21 to get fence fixed.

•Juvenile Male (age 16) - No Driver’s License, No Liability Insurance, Curfew (children), Disobey Stop Sign; $218 Fine.
